"We were looking for a place that was above and beyond the typical. We were very happy with the whole vibe the house provided. Very clean, well appointed and executed and in a great location that was easy to access. The amenities covered everybody from the pre-teens to adults. The game room, enclosed outdoor porch and hot tub with fireplace was perfect as well as the long front porch with wood rockers. The laundry machines were high capacity and easy to use. All around a great experience!"

"Our stay at Reason Ranch was idyllic. We counted at least 20 different trails and hikes on the property itself. Children, dogs, and adults were all thrilled. In the middle of our stay came the snowstorm that made a beautiful place even more stunning. Cozying by the fire every night, we never had a problem with heat, power, OR WIFI! But the owner and (for lack of a better term) property manager Terry checked on us nonetheless. Can't say enough about how gracious and generous they both were in...

"Gorgeous space with lots of light and pretty wooded views. Beach lake right down the steps and a wonderful hot tub for winding down at the end of the day. Host was super responsive and check in very easy. We played games, table pool, and made family dinners. Lovely home to spend quality time!"

Cellphone service was poor, but it's not hard to find a spot to get a call out if needing to. "I was staying in town for a funeral and found this property. It is about 10-12 minutes from the grocery store and in a quiet country setting. The house was very clean and had a well-stocked kitchen dish-wise. While staying, I didn't cook anything, so I can't speak on the cooking utensils. But the house would have been plenty big enough for my family of four had they joined me on this trip. The bunk beds in the one room looked cool plus the other 2 bedrooms had normal queen-size beds.
