"Our 3 night stay at this lovely cottage was wonderful! It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is a convenient location to all the local restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again."

"The homes location is perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The screened in porch was our favorite hang out area, when the weather was cooler. It was very nice to have a fenced yard. The yard has a lot of nice features like bocce ball but they are not well maintained making them less useful. The pit badly needed raked and leveled, and they was no rake ect available to even do it yourself. Abandoned Hammock pieces in yard and some gerry rigged patching on missing pickets of the fence. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but the porch had a huge spider web in window, dead flowers left in a vase and empty cardboard boxes. Overall still a good stay, just needs a little TLC, felt a bit like the house and those who care fir it were pretty tired by end of summer!"

"Our stay at Three Gems exceeded every expectation. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. The fire pit was a big hit. Susan was very communicative and got back to me right away when any question arose. We hope to stay at the Three Gems cottage again!"

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This probably the 4th or 5th time we've stayed at Just Beachy in Union Pier, and it never disappoints. The house is clean, well-provisioned, efficiently laid out, and super convenient to the beach, dining, and shopping - which are all just a short stroll away. There have been some nice upgrades to the house and grounds recently, which is much appreciated. The locale is quiet and private. If you're concerned about the proximity to Red Arrow or the train, don't be - both traffic and train noise are inconsequential. It's a wonderful rental, managed by a great team that are extremely easy to work with and communicative. I've never had any problems or issues with the management - dealing with them is the proverbial "Lake Michigan" breeze! We'll be back..."

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cottage. The location is great and it’s well-appointed. There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived and they were fixed very quickly. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to return next summer!"

"What a great house! Among the best features were the beautiful windows letting in lots of light and a lovely view of the well landscaped property. The outside patio area was like adding another room to the home, and we ate out there nightly. It's a very short walk to the beach, which was easy to access even with 2 littles under the age of 2. Two dishwashers was a bonus for a big group that did a lot of cooking in house. We would definitely stay here again!"
