"Nice Big backyard. We called about the hot tub not being ready to use and someone was out within 30 minutes and got it fixed and ready to go. They were very nice and easy to get in touch with. Bring your own beach towels because there were only 2 for all of us (We forgot ours or we probably wouldn't have noticed). The house was very clean. Overall it was a very nice, quiet place to enjoy family time and location was close to everything we needed. We even saw a family of deer everyday and wild turkeys. Fun."

"The homes location is perfect. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. The screened in porch was our favorite hang out area, when the weather was cooler. It was very nice to have a fenced yard. The yard has a lot of nice features like bocce ball but they are not well maintained making them less useful. The pit badly needed raked and leveled, and they was no rake ect available to even do it yourself. Abandoned Hammock pieces in yard and some gerry rigged patching on missing pickets of the fence. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but the porch had a huge spider web in window, dead flowers left in a vase and empty cardboard boxes. Overall still a good stay, just needs a little TLC, felt a bit like the house and those who care fir it were pretty tired by end of summer!"

"Our stay at Three Gems exceeded every expectation. The location was perfect, a quick walk to the beach. The house was very cozy and had everything we needed. The fire pit was a big hit. Susan was very communicative and got back to me right away when any question arose. We hope to stay at the Three Gems cottage again!"

"The house was very clean and very well equipped. The bathrooms and kitchen were up to date and operational. The pool was clean with plenty of lounges, and the beach, while we preferred the short drive, is then 3 very sturdy flights down to access a very lovely uncrowded beach. The yard is large and quite lovely with a great deck off the kitchen. Some parts of the house are a bit rustic but at the same time quite charming. The location is close to the beach, restaurants and groceries.The stairs to the 2nd floor were a little steep and could be a navigation issue for some.All in all, a comfortable and very enjoyable stay!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the cottage. The location is great and it’s well-appointed. There were a couple of minor issues when we arrived and they were fixed very quickly. Communication with the host was excellent. We hope to return next summer!"
