Primrose is a beautiful luxury vacation rental property designed for epic feasts and outdoor living located two blocks from Lake Michigan in SW Michigan’s Harbor Country. \*\*Ask us about promotional pricing for off-season stays longer than 2 nights from November through April (holidays excluded).\*\* The rambling 6,000 square foot home was specifically designed for entertaining and maximum leisure. Primrose accommodates large groups with ease thanks to its generously-sized indoor and outdoor communal spaces and cozy bedrooms. The centerpiece of Primrose is the 1,600 square foot custom-built open concept chef’s kitchen & great room with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that keep the outdoors within arm’s reach. Outfitted with professional-grade appliances and multiple zones for cooking and entertaining, the kitchen just might inspire your group to undertake a Top Chef-style competition! Adjacent to the kitchen is an impressive dining table that seats 24 people and a plush conversational seating area perfect for curling up with good friends or a good book. The home’s main level also includes 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, plus a convenient desk area and pool lounge with a small dining table and smart TV. The second level provides an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a welcoming lounge area and coffee nook with a small refrigerator. The fully-finished basement is well-equipped with a spacious home theater, game room with pool table and ping-pong, and playroom with an assortment of children’s games, toys, and books. Under no circumstances are more than 28 people allowed on the property at any time. \- Must be at least 30 years old to book and the average guest age must be 30 or older. \- Quiet Hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly enforced. With 5 married children and 9 grandchildren, including 2-year-old twins, plus 4 family dogs , there is everything we need for dishes (with 3 dishwashers), a beverage area with large counter space, a large refrigerator and various appliances for fresh ground or K-cup coffee or drinks! The walk to the lake is quiet and very convenient and the beach is basically nearby neighbor families. Jorge responds almost immediately to any questions or concerns and the updated beds and mattresses (with new mini splits in the bedrooms!!) plus the newly partitioned rooms for office (with printer) and storage are excellent. It is pure perfection with so many amenities to accommodate the masses: chef's kitchen, multiple bedrooms/beds, huge living space, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, location and proximity to the lake, etc. I could go on and on. The house was spectacular, very clean and well-appointed. The spacious kitchen and pantry areas made meal preparation and serving a breeze. Since there were many children in our group, we especially enjoyed the outside areas. The pool and hot tubs were in almost constant use and the fenced yard was spacious enough for volleyball and badminton. Our nightly campfires provided cozy family time. We also enjoyed time at the beach since it was an easy walk from the house. To start, the home is MASSIVE and we all slept very comfortably. The GIANT kitchen / living room area was perfect for what we needed and allowed us all to comfortably gather and spend the weekend together. Even in the winter the backyard was stunning and we enjoyed both the hottub as well as the two fire pits. Finally, and most importantly, the host was extremely helpful and attentive and checked in with us and made sure everything was going well. 10/10 would recommend for a larger group gathering. ##### Ryan D.
