The hotel is in an excellent location, with Ningbo’s busiest commercial street right outside. The staff weren’t very warm, but they were willing to help whenever we asked. The two robots in the hotel were absolutely adorable. They delivered water and small items very quickly, and kids loved them!

"The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all."
