I mean… the few we found were extremely helpful but I literally was told that we had to wait until the person with good English finish dinner… not ideal. About the rest everything was great"

"I have to stay for 7 nights in Guangdong Heshan, but mistakenly booked 6 nights. It is not weekend and still is the same price as when I booked on Expedia. I asked can be charged by the average of my booking price? The front said : 1st they don’t follow the expedia( but I booked by USA Expedia?);2nd they don’t take foreign currency (I said I can Paid them by RMB).Then the typical “bargain Dance” started. Finally, the managers on duty sticked to charge $18 dollars RMB more than the price...
