Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

Absolutely appalling

Booked months ago for a group of friends catching up with each other. 24 hours before no message on check in. Called over 30 and still nothing. Contacted stays and they just said to find other accommodation the day of and a check in time. Refunded but other accommodation on the day was far more expensive with no compensation. Will dodge stays and absolutely would never ever recommend this appalling excuse of accommodation….
