Parties & Noise • Absolutely no parties or events of any kind. • Quiet hours are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. • Any party behaviour not disclosed prior to arrival may incur an additional $200 cleaning fee and possible cancellation of your stay. Pets • Pets are welcome with prior approval. • A $50 pet fee per animal (max. 1) will apply, charged separately from the reservation. • Pets are not allowed on beds, and must not cause any damage to furniture or walls. • You’ll be asked to answer a few questions about your pet prior to check-in. Security Cameras • For safety and to prevent unauthorised gatherings, security cameras are installed in the front and backyard. • These must remain active at all times.
