"Fantastic stay! Would stay again! On arrival the receptionist Cindy was very warm and welcoming, she greeted us with a smile and checked us into our room. The room was very clean and tidy, with a decent sized bathroom and nice shower. Free WiFi and TV was perfect, looking forward to staying here again ! "Stayed 3 times now. Great hotel. Food OK, and rooms are excellent. Location was handy for me, but required an Uber to get to city center. I’ve already booked my 4th stay."

"Good value hotel which has parking included. Room was a bit old fashioned but that would not deter us from staying again. Buffet breakfast was quite good however no options for other items such as poached or scrambled eggs. Decaff tea bags in short supply. The location was right by Lime St Station and it was easy to access most areas of Liverpool by foot from the hotel."

"Hotel is in the heart of Manchester city centre, a stones throw away from Manchester Piccadilly train station (with a direct link to Manchester Airport). Room itself is fine, but as usual with Malmaison hotels, it is rather dark."
