"The hotel was great! The breakfast buffet was really nice eventhough it was a bit pricey. Staff was friendly. There is parking available on site. There was an entire room in the lobby for extra towels and toiletries. The welcome lounge offered free drinks including some beer and wine and quite a few snacks. There was a Lawson in the hotel. There was a free shuttle service to the Disney parks that ran every 10 minutes. The only downfall was that the pillows were not very comfortable."

"The room was spacious and super clean, staff was very helpful and kind. The fact that it took only a 5 min walk to the Disney monorail was amazing. Everything about the hotel was great!"

"Hotel is so convenient, across a park, near a train station, an outlet mall and just around the corner is a 7 Eleven store. I really enjoyed Tomson the adorable robot 🤖 that greets us in the lobby 😊 so cuuute . Love this hotel"

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, we can’t say enough good things about Grand Nikko. The hotel was in pristine condition 100% of the time we were there. The staff was amazing, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend checking out the breakfast and dinner buffets it was incredible, we added our breakfast buffet on when we booked and so glad we did. The free resort shuttle was super handy. We would definitely come back for sure!!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"Extremely comfortable and spacious room. Bed and pillows weren’t very amazing . Toiletries are excellent quality. Convenient shuttle to Disneyland and Disney Sea. Did not realize until to late that there was a direct free bus to Tokyo central station, that would’ve been nice to know upon check in."
