Very poor communication. All the links they sent looked like a scam. The phone number available does not work.
The room was okay but the bed was so big that the door couldn’t close.
Spend you money elsewhere. Chelsea hotel is up the street and I had a much better stay there 1 month ago

A beautiful hotel! The entire staff was kind, skilled, and professional. Jonah greeted us when we arrived and made my son and I feel welcome and special. Both the rooftop and lobby bars were perfect. The rooms are cozy, clean, and modern. I love this place and will definitely stay there when I go back to Toronto. If you’re even considering this hotel just book it. You won’t be disappointed!
