We were just opposite the river and this was amazing, and very close to the white walk river. Also close by the Buddhist temple which we visited for the first time. The room has also a kitchenette which was very useful. Breakfast was good!

The pool was closed and we weren't warned ahead of time. No housekeeping even though we put the sign out and made a verbal request. There was hair in the bathroom and in the bed. Spectacular view from the top floor facing the river. You get what you pay for.

We were family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children. The bedroom was large enough for the kids to run around. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and the kitchen was excellent to make our own food.

3rd to 4th floor seemed to smell like dirty sewers for some reason and their sauna did not work. Other than that indoor pool was fine, room was clean and tidy. If you need anymore toiletries you would have to go around the building to the front to grab them as my phone did not work to call room service for more.

The room was very clean without carpet in the room. The staff was very helpful, the kitchen was a good size and the breakfast was very good. The only thing we had is the center about 35 mins of walk but there are a bus you can take if you dont want to take your car. Overhall it was very good stay and I do recommend that place.

Staff was pleasant. Someone was fixing the wallpaper in our room when we arrived but they were so nice and quickly finished. Like most of Niagara this was once great, ran into disrepair, and the current owners are slowly trying to update while guests are there. Pool was good. Breakfast was plentiful - eggs not so good. However, the rest was tasty. Room was clean - no carpet so under the bed needs to vacuumed as well. Fridge was great. Didn't use the kitchen was nice to have though. Overall, cheap and cheerful. 😉

The room was spacious, clean and well equipped with a kichenette. The A/C was welcome in the summer heat. My wife uses a walker so we requested a main floor room to avoid the multiple staircases. We were accommodated through a rear entrance from the parking area. The staff was helpful and courteous. Some well-placed signage would help direct guests to the breakfast room down a long hall and behind 2 doors. Breakfast offered a very good variety of items including eggs, sausages, DIY waffles, toast and other bakery items in a large, bright space. (only the louvre shutters on the windows badly need cleaning). There were some loud furniture scraping, footsteps, thumping and continuous tapping in the late night (apparently above us) and loud voices early in the morning for a while.

We only stayed one night. We were on the fourth floor with a nice view of the gorge. The kitchen area was excellent and the room was spacious. The breakfast was better than I expected, with lots of choices. The hotel is older and no elevator, but that was not a problem because you can enter on the second floor. It's a pretty decent budget hotel for Niagara.

Everything was fine, except the breakfast, which could have been better prepared. The scrambled eggs were not good; they were chewy and flavourless, and the only protein option was pork, which may not suit guests looking for other choices. As for the rooms, while generally clean, we noticed three spiders in the corners of the walls, which was unpleasant to see.
