"We stayed in a family room, and it was a lovely garden room that was easily accessible on the ground floor. The only issue we had was that the room was quite hot, even when we turned off the heating and the towel rack. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we will definitely be back for another ..."

"The room was booked for two nights it was a lovely size room big TV big and a king size bed furniture was modern tea coffee iron and board hair dryer towels all provide real value for the money could not fault it. excellent"

Due to COVID restrictions, the hotel has a policy of only cleaning rooms and changing towels and replacing shower supplies, coffee and tea bags upon request at the front desk or by phone before 12pm.
We stayed for 3 nights and requested at 10am to have the room cleaned after 2 nights when we felt the towels, shower mat etc needed changing - we came back late to an untouched room for the third night with used towels, unmade beds.
We reported this to Ronald, the hotel GM when we Check Out. This was the blemish on a lovely stay with great Scottish breakfast and good staff service.

Staff were very accommodating. Pool was great. Good breakfast- a little understaffed it seemed tho but I know this industry has been hard hit. Noticed. Few staff were in training though.

The decor was nice but for a refurbished room the paintwork was very chipped and we had a very noisy system close to our room that disturbed our sleep. The staff were lovely and the situation of the property was perfect
