Search Hotels with a View in Glenrothes

A lovely hotel close to Princes Street, a fantastic shopping centre and the train station. Rooms were wonderful and the staff very friendly and helpful. I have to name Ryan and Bronwyn in particular for their excellent customer service. Great breakfasts and overall a fabulous hotel, one that I will definitely be returning to!

The hotel was lovely, even better than expected. The staff were so kind and helpful.

Due to COVID restrictions, the hotel has a policy of only cleaning rooms and changing towels and replacing shower supplies, coffee and tea bags upon request at the front desk or by phone before 12pm. We stayed for 3 nights and requested at 10am to have the room cleaned after 2 nights when we felt the towels, shower mat etc needed changing - we came back late to an untouched room for the third night with used towels, unmade beds. We reported this to Ronald, the hotel GM when we Check Out. This was the blemish on a lovely stay with great Scottish breakfast and good staff service.

The decor was nice but for a refurbished room the paintwork was very chipped and we had a very noisy system close to our room that disturbed our sleep. The staff were lovely and the situation of the property was perfect

Lovely, quiet, clean hotel, with friendly staff. Would stay here again.
