"The host was very easy to communicate with. I wish that the code to the room was a bit shorter. And I wish that it was listed that there was no AC. The room got very hot at night. Other than that, it was an amazing stay."

"The entire place, all 3 rooms are very slanted. Like one side of the building has sunk about 6 to 8 inches. Extremely dirty and broken (literal pieces missing) floors. Dead bugs everywhere , especially in the 2 flights of stairs up to the room. During the 5 days spent there, (we left one day early), I was never able to find anyone in the office. "Perfect little place for the weekend right next to the water and a short drive to downtown. If you’re able to do a Little Rock climbing there’s some tide pools during low tide. The only downside was the front door keypad was a little cranky sometimes. We would stay here again."
