"Starting negative. Management company expected a 5 star rating, if not then to call them. Honesty that caused a one star deduction alone. Honesty works better. Next is the neighborhood. Sketchy given the run down trailer park nearby. Then there is the bed. You need stairs to get up to it. Good lord, trying to get down at night if you have to use the restroom. One small stool, and a broken shelf is not acceptable for adults. Finally, the view and waves sounds are fantastic. ...

"The floor was not swept or mopped. The bed sheets had terrible stains. Sand on the comforter. New sheets were acquired but had to change it all ourselves. Mopped the floor by hand and cleaned the bathroom as well. Refrigerator is very loud. The view is beautiful."

"The host was very easy to communicate with. I wish that the code to the room was a bit shorter. And I wish that it was listed that there was no AC. The room got very hot at night. Other than that, it was an amazing stay."

"The house was clean, cozy, and close to several beaches. We cooked many meals at the house, just wish there were stainless pans not the toxic non stick pans. The bed was a bit hard for us but it worked. One suggestion would be curtains in the bedroom as the blinds were broken and the sun comes in bright in the morning. Overall, cute little beach cottage at a convenient location."
