Ramada Encore by Wyndham Leicester City Centre

Ramada Encore by Wyndham Leicester City Centre

8/10 Good
"Solo business traveller. Very pleasant staff, good breakfast. Gym was small but perfectly adequate. Clean and comfortable in both room and common areas. Stayed on consecutive weeks and quality (firmness) of bed varied significantly between rooms. Pleasant overall stay. I’d happily return."

"The property was steeped in History and appeared a lot of money and work had gone in to renovation although perhaps could consider some work be attended to the state of the rooms?..suggest safety rails around the bath ..integrated radio within the TV?....CLEAR signs to direct guests to the restaurants and Bar....while strict attention was given to guests needs we felt a little rushed in having our evening meal ..?consider more time if possible and thoughts on a "Brunch" menu? otherwise the staff were most helpful ..supportive and very Professional (although there did seem some confusion over the booking process especially as I had received 4 e -mails which concerned me bit was resolved eventually)...will definitely recommend family n friends and all being well will book again ..thank you to you all ..oh and enjoyed jacuzzi and swim!!!!..meals delicious"

"Hotel was well located to walk into Peterborough centre for evening meals as hotel does not have a restaurant on the premises. You need to tick what you want for breakfast and this is brought to your room (found this odd)"

10/10 Excellent
"Lovely hotel right in the centre of beautiful, friendly and clean historic town of Oundle. The hotel has their own carpark. Our room was ready when we arrived even though we were early. It was spotless. There is even a surprise treat and toy for our cavapoo dog Bella. The staff are so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

8/10 Good
"Great hotel, let down slightly by only 4 teabags for a two night stay for 2 people. It did state in the hand book that we would be charged for extra tea and coffee . But the major let down was the food. It was terrible, so bad we had to ask for a full refund. Which was a shame because the surroundings were amazing"
