The staff were wonderful and super helpful. It’s in a perfect location . Walking distance to everything. However room 705 needs to fix the hot/cold handle for the shower . It was very difficult to turn to cold as the water was so hot. The shower also needs a shower caddy for guests to put personal toiletries . The shower floor is very slippery so you have to be extremely careful. The tower shelve is too high . Needs to lower by 2-3 inches

The staff at the Shining Central Hotel & Spa are all extremely kind. They are very helpful and attentive. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well looked after. We used the spa service as well which was great. They make it feel like a home away from home!

This hotel is best suited for short term visitors on vacation who want a great location in the old quarter. The staff is helpful, the room was clean and the bed super comfy. Short falls are that the facility, rooms and bath are dated. The breakfast is average by the city hotel standards. In short, great for singles/couples wanting a touch down space, but not well suited for those used to 5star accommodations or for business professionals.
