Lovely clean hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay there again. The lift could do with updating and if they could supply some snacks or food apart from breakfast would be the only improvements to make it complete.

Simona was absolutely brilliant in her communication, and responded immediately on the one issue we had (confusion on our part). A lovely lady who made us feel incredibly welcome. I would hugely recommend this place.

A beautiful, luxury, boutique hotel. Tastefully decorated and furnished, with lots of great art work everywhere. The staff were all super helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Everywhere was immaculately clean. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable with everything we needed. It was cleaned to perfection every day and we really enjoyed the delicious herbal tea left for us each evening. Breakfast was delicious with a good selection. The coffee was particularly good. We really enjoyed our stay, Francesca is a wonderful host, the breakfast is lovely lots of fresh produce and local delicacies. There are lots of lovely little touches that make for a comfortable stay. There is a wonderful bakery next door and a nice café, the nearby beach of Boccadasse has lovely restaurants. Wow! First, this is an outstanding and amazing, historical property full of frescos and artwork, it takes your breath on entry and has artworks and surprises everywhere. Every room/suite is unique and ours was stunning. The standards are very high and the staff deserve full mention, they are friendly and welcoming, informative and proud. We loved the breakfasts and the girls in the kitchen were just fabulous. The port antico is great for relaxing dinning and drinks. The elephant in the room...

We had a wonderful stay - our only criticism would be that the bar/restaurant for the hotel is closed on Sunday and Monday and so you cannot order room service even for a bottle of wine for two days if you are here for a long weekend.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the breakfast was excellent, and the whole stay felt very comfortable. I travelled solo and found it particularly convenient and reassuring. Overall, an excellent experience and I would happily recommend Bristol Palace.

Wonderful building......Great size room! AC, ceiling fan, huge bathroom! Got there early and allowed us to check in rather than just leave luggage.... also sent lots of info regarding restaurants i Genoa Snacks & coffee available to take too A great location, great room, and would definitely stay again!

very close from the main station. Feeling like living in a laxuary aparrment. clean and comfortable.

Loved this place but wish I had known it was 97 steps up a narrow staircase with no lift. Being on my own trying to get my suitcase up was a nightmare on an extremely hot day. Would be nice if someone actually greeted you to help at the property on arrival. Other than that I had the best time here.

Location was within walking distance of all the tourist spots to visit. We only stayed one night before heading down the coast but we enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful with tips for exploring. Lots of restaurants within a short walking distance if you didn’t want to head into the busy areas too.

We had a very enjoyable week at the Melia hotel, which is in an excellent location for exploring Genoa and close enough to the station to explore the region.

Loved staying at Le Nuvole, great position, beautiful historic building. The only negative note is the a/c which was very loud and just had to keep it on all night because of the heat wave.
