"The pool was fun. We only have used it a few times on our 7 day stay. The entertainment gals were fun! Enjoyed that you had a live DJ. Front desk very attentive and professional. I had asked a young bellman for a ride back to the pool from the front area. I told him I sprained my ankle pretty bad. He seemed stressed or unhappy and said, Mam, I have 4 other rooms infront of you. His tip was ready, his loss. The beach bar food was good as well."

"We liked the location just a short drive from Key West for day trip. Nice balcony overlooking marina. If we go back I would try to book in Building 1 or 2 2nd floor for better views. Building 3 on 3rd floor has good views. My wife love the look and location of the resort. Clean and fresh looking. Would book again if we go back."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. We stayed for 7 days and had a very relaxing vacation. We were afraid that the airplane traffic would be disturbing as it's so close to the airport, but after the first day, we never even paid any attention to it. The landscaping and grounds were very professionally maintained. We spent many hours around the pool and also on the outdoor games provided. Our room had a great view and was furnished with everything we needed. We enjoyed how quite this side of the island was, very relaxing. We would definitely consider another stay here."
