Terrible. This was a most disappointing stay. The venue was nothing like the photos and things were dilapidated and broken. On the street, not bay view as booked Broken bathroom cabinet. Very Large piece of marble broken off the corner. Lots of spiders. Offers of spraying them. Unclean Worn Air-conditioner didn’t work without standing on chair so no heating in mid winter. No remote. No Wi-Fi. wasn’t working at all No spa or pool as advertised. Noisy Broken things. Excuse was that the Manager was away Moved to a completely different location after first night. Really inconvenient with disability. See through curtains onto street. not opaque Signal is not working for most TV Station. Atrocious Shower.Taps went from very hot to very cold all through. Cold Tap running. Didn’t turn off properly. We would definitely not recommend that anyone stay in this place. You are definitely not getting what was advertised or what you paid for. It was a disgrace. However for us the main letdown was the room situation. You pay for beds, not rooms, and we were a bit confused when we got a message about extra bedding costs (even though we booked via Expedia for our party). It was quickly resolved and the communication was excellent. The apartment is outdated, furniture is old,dirty and broken. Needs a really good clean all over. The ensuite shower is near un usable with the water turning cold every 30-40seconds, the shower still had sand in it from the people who stayed last. The crack on the sink area is just dangerous as 1/4 of the stone is completely broken. Communication was poor, we weren’t able to access the property until after 4pm. The property owner never provided access and I had to seek alternative accomodation. Last minute were also less than useless through out the process with no direct contact possible. I could go on and on) with nearly every fixture either broken, loose or falling off. The pool is not actually in the hotel next door and you need to book a time and walk next door to use it. We were told due to school holidays housekeepers were overwhelmed which i appreciate but we also pay extra due to school holidays. Firstly the apartment was perfect. Large and roomy living and dining area with a well appointed kitchen complemented the spacious bedrooms. A furnished balcony provided a perfect place to rest and watch the world go by. The location was perfect, right on the waterfront and close to a great selection of restaurants, cafes and hotels. You are one block away from Westfield shopping centre. Overall an excellent place to base yourself when visiting the region and one we would not hesitate to use again. There's no email confirmation from the host to give you the instructions how to check in, unprofessional service. The owner also the host of this apartment name John, he was a shifty, bad service and he continued delay us to check in and check out. We did not allow to check in until 6.30pm, he keeps blaming not enough cleaner around to work so he have to clean the apartment himself. Same problem with check out. The apartment not even clean properly, bathroom and toilet together and right in the middle of two bedroom, a lot of thing broken like slide door of second bedroom, glass of bathtub unsteady and hair dryer broken not safe to use, you might get electric shot.
