However, the apartment we stayed in did not look like the pictures as it was a different apartment. Also we discovered upon check in that we could not use any of the hotel facilities as we were not long stay residents. Then I was told that the company couldn’t respond to my queries til business hours two days later as their office was unattended on weekends. So my mistake for not realising it was not a hotel setup. Even during my stay, some of the building concierges were unfriendly asking me brusquely if I was in the wrong building.
