"I mean, it's the main hotel for Gatwick Airport so there's not much to say: it's clean, it works, the staff were very nice, there's lots of choice for dining, and you're surrounded by fellow travellers. The rooms feel dated, but I doubt there's much impetus to give such a massive place a facelift ..."

The south terminal has 24 hour cafe and shop which is helpful for late night arrivals or early morning departures. It is helpful that you do not have to leave the terminals to get to this hotel.
