The Inn On The River
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first hotel stay in Pigeon Forge. The bed was comfortable, water pressure was great. The fire pit and hot tub/pool were great places to relax at the end of the day. Our initial room was close to the lobby, but they changed to riverside( recommended) without any hesitation. The staff here was friendly, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. Recommended the Pirate Show and it did not disappoint. Would stay again!!"

"Rooms is a great location. But I feel they need to put some attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, floor are nasty and we have stayed here several times, also huge spider webs everywhere. I love the location. But if they would pay attention to detail on cleanliness.. would be perfect"

"The room was a little dated, but very clean. The breakfast was great, and the food staff were very nice and hospitable. It was a very nice stay. And close to everything. I did not like having to pay to park in their parking structure. If you are paying for hotel parking should be free. That was the only quip I had with the place."

"The rooms was so nice and clean and we enjoyed having the options of having an indoor and outdoor pool with hot tubs.The breakfast was awesome, they had waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, bagels, toast, and yogurt so there was plenty of options, and so this will be the place we will definitely be staying at when we visit Tennessee again."

"Absolutely AMAZING hotel! From the moment we walked in the doors it felt like our home away from home. Super clean, very friendly staff members, and great amenities! Room was spacious with a gorgeous Mountain View, and the breakfast was delicious every morning, and was included in the price. Lots of options to choose from so everyone was happy. The pools are amazing as well as lazy river and hot tub! We also loved winding down at night around the cozy fire pit. We were super sad to leave and will 100% be back in the near future!"
