Great Pigeon Forge Condo!

Great location thats close to everything! Very private with 2 pools & hot tub! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities! Full kitchen & 2 bathrooms! Great trip & can't wait to return!

Location was great. It sits back off the road which is great because it is very quiet. Clise to shopping, restaurants and Dunkin Donuts..I know how people like their coffee. The condo itself is very spacious. Our balcony was very private. We had a couple of issues that I have addressed with the owner and I feel like those will be taken care of. Plenty of parking.

The Mountain View Condos are very nice and quiet. The location of the property is really nice and easy to find. The unit itself was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay in that unit again if it is available!!

Great weekend!

We were close to all the things we wanted to do, but the property set far enough off the road that it was quiet and relaxing. Was perfect for our family. Kids loved the closeness to a pool, as well as the jetted tub. Everything was great!

Our visit was just right. I stayed with my kids and having the playground, volleyball net, basketball goal and pools made downtime much easier. There was something for all ages. The room was great too. Especially nice having the pack-n-play and booster chair without having to bring those along. Overall a great vacation.

Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at Mountain View Condos. It was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge near many restaurants and attractions. Just 5 miles from Dollywood and walking distance to Country Tonite and Dunkin Donuts. Lovely walking park on property with benches. Two great pools, inside and outside, and a very clean facility. The furniture showed some age and wear, like table tops that were ragged and scratched, and one doorknob hole in the wall behind the king bedroom door. Lots of closet space and a great kitchen with everything you need for a wonderful week on vacation.

Beautiful condo and amazing location

This condo was beautiful. It was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is located in the far back of the complex. I was able to see some baby turkeys and some deer while sitting on the balcony. It’s a very quiet area and you would never know how close you are to the main strip. Awesome location and close to everything. The only downside we found was that the WiFi is for the entire complex. My husband and I both worked remotely on this trip and the shared WiFi was not secure and was really quite slow. If we had any questions or needed anything the owner was fast to respond and so nice! If you stay at this condo you will not be disappointed!

The property was at an excellent location. The property itself was extremely nice. The grounds were nice. The condo was nice. We did use the hot tub and swimming pool and both of them were excellent experiences. The condo itself had adequate kitchen appliances and cookware.There was extra blankets and pillows for the pullout couch. The only negative comment I have about the condo is the master bathroom toilet and sink seem to be stopped up. I did have to use the plunger two times and we did not put any toilet paper in the toilet. Other than that, the condo was exceptional.

Wonderful experience

First impression: We were joyful to find carts waiting for us to take our luggage to our unit. Of course, traveling with the grands, we overpacked everything. At that point I told the kids I didn’t care if the inside was a dump (it had been a long drive with lots of traffic backups). The condo was very clean and the outside was well maintained. Beds were very comfortable and extra blankets and pillows were available. Seemed to have a lot available if one was to cook. The outside playground and pools would have been wonderful if we had time to use them. It was very conveniently located and had no trouble getting in and out of the complex even though traffic was heavy this week. We would stay there again.

Nothing special

Clean and comfortable enough, quiet enough, but the furniture is very worn-looking (repair tape on the back of the couch was peeling, for example) neither toilet flushes properly (you have to hold the handle down a few seconds and it still might take 3 tries). We always peel back the sheets before we use a bed, and this mattress cover was so dirty, we decided to wash it in the condo's washing machine; almost all of the spots came out! These were not stained, these were soiled! Gross! The shower floor looked iffy, so I scrubbed it myself. It still didn't look nice. The old lock box is still at eye level on the door, so we were attempting to use the 4-digit code there, before we noticed the keypad by the doorknob. Upon leaving, I messaged the owner that we would not be taking the trash to the dumpster, because there was a major thunderstorm going on just before our check-out time. There was no response.

Wish I Could Give 2 Ratings

I truly wish I could give 2 ratings. 1 for the unit and 1 for just the host.My family and I arrived around 8pm and when we walked in, there were 3 roaches on the floor. Two were dead and 1 was alive. I immediately sent the owner a text message. She responded in a timely manner and contacted the bug man. He did not come out until 2 days later. (not the owner's fault). He sprayed but we still killed a few after that. (We killed 8 total during our stay). I will say that I do not believe that their was an infestation. I believe they may have been coming from another unit. The doors leading outside had a lot of moisture forming around the frames. That may have contributed to the problem as well. The building itself had a musty smell which lingered into the unit as well. (Again, not the owner's fault). Now for the positives. The unit was super clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had anything you would need to cook with as far as pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates, ect. The location is amazing. Lastly, the owner is super responsive and did not dismiss any concerns.(She gets ALL the stars).

I loved this place, the host, and the location!!! We’ll be back! It was exactly as described and so comfortable for a four night getaway. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Our host was so easy to communicate with and was very accommodating when we asked if we could unload our bags an hour early. The other guests and residents were so friendly and the playground, green space, and pools made this a perfect getaway with a child. This location is adjacent to everything you’d want to see in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville but so far off the main drag that you don’t feel like you’re in the middle of everything. Every morning I sat on the balcony and listened to the birds sing. But it was close enough that I could walk to the Donut shop down the road.
