The place. It’s big and my kids had so much fun. The only inconvenience was there is only one bathroom.
The. Hot tub did not work on the las 2 days but it was not an inconvenience for us.
With they had a big dinning table but I understand the place it’s not big enough.
Love the porch area.
Definitely need a 4x4 wd vehicle.
We loved our stay.
The cabin was wonderful and would definitely stay again just driving a different vehicle. The driveway was a little rough. My rav4 barely made it up and when it had rained we had to park at the bottom and walk up.
Just like the pictures. Pretty and clean cabin, perfect for 2-5 people. I wouldn’t recommend more than 5 since there’s additional sofa beds, but just one bathroom. Emails from the property management have clear and specific instructions for check in and check out. It was a nice family getaway, we would visit again.
The cabin is nice. About its difficult driveway, using a small SUV or small sedan will do the trick. Getting out is what is more important as no one will reverse off that steep twisting hill, so you have to turn around within a tight parking space. That means only one car suggested! The pool table and the hockey table are out of level, and the wall gets in the way in the pool table area rendering it useless. As the hot tub was okay, it was hot enough, even if some of the Jets weren’t working. The loft bed is completely useless even with the fan you’ll get cooked, and the bath tub with jets in the master bath is also useless because this cabin is limited in water use. It works off of well water reserves which is limited. I only wonder why they are selling it? As for the property owners, “cabins for you”. One roll of cheap one ply toilet paper for five days. Ya think they could consider the value of splurging for two adults, but no. The lack of AAA batteries which made us play musical remotes on the tvs, the harsh daylight LED bulbs, and that tricky little free WiFi scheme. You kept the cabin clean, and it was presentable for its value.
This cabin is perfect for a group, close to pidgeon forge and gatlinburg, and is very clean/comfortable - BUT THE DRIVEWAY IS NO JOKE! The pictures don't show how impossible this paved entryway really is. Be ready to carry all of your belongings up and down the hill when you arrive and leave. Other than that issue, it was hard to keep in touch with the property managers as I had limited service and they are only open on weekdays. Overall I would not trade the experience I had in this cabin for anything. The game room, hot tub, and large spaces accommodated my group well.

Nice but some things could use work
The main issue was the heating in the cabin. It’s two levels with a loft, the loft gets very hot and the basement is freezing. No real way to adjust it.
It was also not very clean. The floors where dirty and all the dishes needed washing before we could use them.
A couple other just FYI things. The driveway is very steep with a 90* turn, so take a truck or 4 wheels drive, we couldn’t go up in our van.
No hair dryer (not that big a deal, but every other cabin I’ve stayed in had one so I didn’t bring one)
The game room downstairs is very small And crowded. You can’t really play on the pool table without hitting the wall.
The kids had fun but I’ve stayed in much better equipped cabins.
