It has a wide sliding glass door that leads to the adjacent covered balcony with table and chairs overlooking the outdoor pool. Oak Square has an outside pool and a large heated indoor pool w/ kiddie pool. The Heated indoor pools are open year around. The fully equipped kitchen has ample nice oak cabinets a new four burner stove with oven, toaster, large microwave, full size refrigerator / freezer, 12 cup coffee maker, ample nice silverware, pace settings and stainless steel cookware. The living room / dining area has a Queen size sleeper sofa for relaxing and watching the large wall mounted flat screen TV. The dining area has a nice Granite table and two chairs. The condo has No hassle check in/out with KEYLESS ENTRY. There are 2 conveniently located elevators and covered parking for personal vehicles, there is ample additional paved parking for trailers or boats. The downtown location puts you very close to many shops and great restaurants. Directly across the street there is a wide concrete sidewalk beside the river that runs through Gatlinburg. Hard to beat a cup of coffee and a morning walk along the river. Everything was exactly as described in listing! Location, cleanliness and ease of check-in was perfection! The only downfall was that the cable quality on the tv was pretty bad....screens on both televisions were both very staticy and the wifi wasn't the best either but if you don't plan on staying in the room for much of trip, it wouldn't be an issue.
