Cozy New Listing! 1-bedroom condo, in charming downtown Gatlinburg! Remodeled!!!

  • This terrific condo in Gatlinburg offers a cozy bedroom with a king bed and a lovely living room with a sofa bed. Just finished remodeling the entire condo! Bear Bottoms comfortably sleeps 4 people. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, free parking, 2 elevators, outdoor seasonal pool, indoor heated pool ( open year round) and a fireplace that you can snuggle up to after a day of hiking, shopping, fishing, or exploring during their stay. All linens are provided. Please bring some pool towels for use at the pools.
    There is a washer and dryer as well as an ice machine on the same floor for your convenience. The kitchen is stocked with a 2 burner stove, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer , blender, toaster, coffee pot as well as a keurig. There are plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, wine glasses, and most anything you’ll need during your stay.
    Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the pool while watching the Ober gondola float above the trees.
    With a convenient location just steps away from shopping, dining, and all the attractions.
    There is fun for the whole family at Ripley‘s believe it or not, Ripleys aquarium, Gatlinburg mountain coaster, Ankeesta, Hillbilly golf, Gatlinburg scenic overlook, Hollywood star cars museum, space needle, Dolly Parton stampede, comedy barn theater, And so much more!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our time in the park, but Bears Bottom was a welcome and comfortable home base. We would rather cook most of our meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

We had such a great weekend. The condo was perfect for a couple. Super clean and the best location where we could just leave the car and walk. Thank you for having hooks and hangers available. A lot of places don’t think of those little details. We have been coming to Gatlinburg for years. We will definitely would love to stay here again.

Bear bottoms

Loved our stay! Was very clean and homey. We had a cool night so we were able to use the fireplace cuddled on the couch. Very convenient location to walk to restaurants or even one of the trails. Very beautiful and peaceful place.

Wonderful & Relaxing Weekend

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Bear Bottoms! It was very clean, beautifully renovated, and had awesome lighting in all the rooms! It was stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We have been staying at Oak Square Condominiums for many years. Bear Bottoms is now our very favorite condo. We will be back!

Peaceful Weekend Getaway

We came for Christmas and was blown away with how cute the place was! It's just the right amount of space for 2 people! The decor and linens were amazing! The bed is very firm but comfy! The shower has hot water and great water pressure. Lots of storage! Over equipped kitchen! Walking distance to every thing on the Main Street! Will definitely rebook! The host is very friendly and responds in a timely manner. We loved this spot!!

Kathy was a great host-quick to respond. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed for the weekend, towels, extra blankets and pillows, TP, dish soap, etc.Our only complaints were the size of the unit was very tiny. I’d say this is for a couple at max. We had our 2 children with us and we were all walking into each other and couldn’t really enjoy the living room or fireplace bc we didn’t have anywhere to keep our luggage and when we had to pull the couch bed out we really struggled with space. The kids really wanted to swim in the heated pool but that area wasn’t very inviting aesthetically. The decor was very cute throughout the condo! We just wish it was slightly bigger for our needs! Kathy did a great job overall.

We have stayed in another condo on this property before, the location is great. This property is super cute and updated. I liked this one better. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again myself. There is a pullout couch in the living room and a fireplace if you're coming in some of the colder months. Hot water heater lasted through multiple people showering in the morning. I liked that the light/ceiling fan combo in the bedroom had a remote control to it.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. One of the highlights of our trip was getting to see a bear walking close to the condo in the small creek, which made the experience even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again!
