It was very comfortable, clean, and nicely prepared by the owner. The only critique we had was of the common areas. The entrance way by the pool had an awkward manual sliding door and the path in didn’t have great drainage during our very rainy visit. The indoor pool seemed like it could use a bit more care, but it was acceptable. There wasn’t a lot of space for the available luggage carts and people were leaving them outside in the rain. All in all, minor complaints. And depending on your perspective, a plus or minus was the bear that showed up right outside our unit door one day. ##### Timothy G. We were hoping to see bears and we sure did. When we arrived a bear was walking through the parking lot which was very exciting. Every day bears were seen on the property. We never felt in danger as we were very careful. We were on the lower level so, In the evening they were right outside our door on the other side of the railing. The bedrooms and bathrooms were adequate although the living area was a little small and tight for eight people but we made do, we were gone most of the day anyway They could probably use a paint job and a new area rug, but other than that all the amenities were there that we needed and it was very clean. He was born there but didnt remember anything about TN. I saved to take him on a vacation and he chose TN. The condo was just as described. It was nice that it was within walking distance to everything in Gatlinburg. He took a friend and we all had our own room, which was very nice. I loved this condo! Only complaints: 1- cleaners didnt double check things well. I had to clean pots, pans and dishes before using them. 2- living area tv we couldnt get to work with the roku. We ended up gathering in one bedroom to watch movies together. I tried to call for assistance, but sadly never got anyone to assist. Our stay was wonderful besides those 2 issues. The furnishings were extremely nice with plenty of bed and bath linens for our family of four. The pool was very nice as well. While we have stayed at this complex twice in the past, this was our first stay at this particular unit, and we were completely satisfied with our stay. Thank you, Charles, for being a solicitous host. We will definitely stay here again. Plus, we saw bears every day in our parking lot, which was a special treat, especially the mama bear and her four cubs who came by each evening! Great vacation for sure! ##### Donna B. It was a smaller place than expected but it had everything we needed and it was clean. A little mishap when getting there with the entry code and WiFi but there was quick communication! The condo has a wet milldo smell. The couches and carpet felt damp. You could see the ventilation throughout the place was horrible. Condensation would build up over all the walls. The smell was to much. We checked out the day we got there. We were refunded bit a horrible experience ##### Doug F. It’s an older property that has been renovated. There were pain runs on the baseboards and the flooring had gaps in it where the laminate doesn’t come together all the way. The microwave broke the first day, but the manager responded quickly and got us a new one. The mattresses are worn out and were vary uncomfortable, so we didn’t sleep well the entire time we were there. The place was clean. Each room has an air conditioner. One of the doors to get to the balcony sitting area outside took gorilla force to open it, so we just had to stop going out on that porch. The tv in the main room wouldn’t work, so I contacted the manager and he promptly sent maintenance to fix it. It messed up and stopped working every single day and maintenance came every single day to try to fix it. It finally started working properly the very last day we were there. The owner gave us a partial refund for the troubles we had, so that was nice. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. We probably won’t stay again just because the mattresses were so worn out. ##### Jennifer G.
