"So understaffed we had to wait until 5pm to be given a room and were late for our dinner reservations. There was one young woman working the front desk. She was lovely but incapable of managing the crowd of people who occupied the lobby because housekeeping wasn’t ready with the rooms. She should not have been alone at the front desk on a busy Saturday. 4:00pm is already a late check-in time; 5pm is ridiculous. The room was clean but small and spartan, like a dorm room. There was absolutely nothing “boutique” about this place. We were very disappointed."

"The room was very spacious however there are no extra seats. No sofa or single chairs other than 1 desk chair. Plenty of room for a few chairs. We had to sit on the bed. Not good. Shower water was extremely cold. "
