"Perfect for my work trip. Nice en suite room with friendly staff. The room i got was spacious and clean. Car park is small and tight - you need to be a driving instructor to park in the lines or manoeuvre in and out. Local supermarkets and food places open to a reasonable time. "

"Where do I start, staff helpful, rooms filthy (carpet stained, cobwebs everywhere, curtain hanging off rails) like an American motel that needs knocking down and rebuilding. Very strange rooms where there are two doors to get into the room totally pointless. This could be made really nice but needs a lot of money spent on it"

"Great value for money. The room was great just what you need for a place to rest your head. The bathroom was newly refurbished and clean. The staff were excellent, friendly and professional. We ate dinner here on one evening and lunch the next day and for pub food it was great. Everything was very well organised and clean."

"The room was very clean as were the reception and stairway but the rest of the hotel is still being refurbed, the bar was closed with no access to any food or drink. I am sure it will be very nice when it is finished. The staff were very helpfull."
