"Convenience of everything"

"We really enjoyed the house but for a place that sleeps 12 (which was the number in our party) the kitchen could be stocked with better and bigger pots and pans. The largest frying pan help 3 eggs Or 4 pieces of bacon so it was extremely difficult to cook for our group. The baking sheets were also very small and we couldn’t use them without covering them with foil because the finish was so bad. I would put a little money into some pots, pans and bakeware. "Property managers were super helpful with booking, and the property was clean when get got there. We couldn’t get the TV’s/wifi to turn on, but didn’t even message the manager because we were pretty busy regardless. Overall great stay"

"I came to Dallas with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren to visit my mother, who is 96. The house served our needs perfectly. Everyone had their space. The common area was roomy and functional. The backyard was a blast. We put on a dinner for 11 at the table one night. Great Grandma could get in and out easily. Check-in was great. The host was fast to respond. Highly recommended!"

"Found a great place for me , my wife and our 11 year old son and my older son of 27. Selling points: the outdoor and the game room. Everything ran perfectly. We had a superb time and also relaxed in the sun by the pool. But had to come back too soon to Quebec City and the snow. Would rent this home again anytime."

I only wish I could have taken advantage of the pool after the guests left, but it was pouring down outside. The hosts were beyond helpful and very quick to respond. Would definitely book again."

"The location was perfect for us. Three generations met to celebrate the 30th birthday of son. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. The spa needs some repairs and, I think because we were very early in the season, the pool needed to be cleaned. We had a couple other minor issues like a stopped shower drain, but the host was very responsive and my husband was able to unstop the drain so all was well. The kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely go back."

"Prior to arriving the host had the house nicely cooled. It was an awesome stay felt like a home vs a rental. My family of 8 and pet enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood had easy access to stores and restaurants. The home was in a nice neighborhood. The home was clean and met all our needs would rent again. "This house was perfect for all 9 of us, ages 12-79! It had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The pool table was a big hit. Having three full bathrooms was great! And there was even a garage to keep the fancy car my sister had to rent while we were there. Location is everything in Dallas, and this house was in the perfect spot. It is in a nice neighborhood, and we would definitely stay there again. The rental agency was delightful to work with. I would highly recommend choosing...
