Great location, apparrtments are spacious, clean, and rennovated and preserved (historical building). In the pedestrian area where it gets quite lively at night the windows are well insulated also which keeps the rooms quiet and comfortable for staying with a nice view over the lake.

This is our 2nd visit to Residence Ca’ Del Lago. We had a wonderful holiday and will stay there again. The hotel is looking down on Torri Del Benaco so giving us a lovely view of the town, Lake Garda and the castle & Harbour not to forget a view of the beautiful sunset every evening. The property has friendly and helpful staff who are multi lingual so there is never a problem with a language barrier. Fantastic smart hotel. We stayed in one of the royal spa rooms which we did pay quite a bit more for but we were delighted with it. We had a steam room and a whirlpool bath for two (note the bath isnt designed to be hot like a jacuizzi). Very comfortable massive bed, separate lounge area. The buffet breakfast was extensive. Friendly staff, quiet surroundings & just 10 mins walk from the lakeside & restaurants.

Only stayed a couple of nights during italian tour. Ideally located for train transfers and a comfortable walk into the city. Hotel staff stored our bags safely for both early arrival and late departure. Special thanks to Sumalia who looked after us kindly in both instances.

What a great little hotel. Doesn’t look much from outside but my room was modern and spotless. Really comfy room and perfect for travelling with my pet. Short walk to the centra and excellent aircon. Brilliant if travelling by train as it super close to the train station. Dog was allowed in breakfast room and the breakfast was great

Great hotel definitely deserves more than a two star rating. Absolutely spotless, staff were so lovely and welcoming, great location, and breakfast was spot on my son especially enjoyed the kids corner. We stayed in the main hotel in a family room and it was so much bigger than expected. Can not fault this hotel whatsoever and can’t wait to return.

Different people will require different things from their hotel; research is key.
I read up that this hotel was within the courtyard of the 'Balcony of Juliet' and that it would be busy downstairs, and that there was no dining room so breakfast would be served in room. Google maps showed that it is fairly central in the old part of the city.
The entrance hall is deceiving as to what awaits; rooms look out either over the street towards the Piazza delle Erbe (as mine did), or over the Juliet...

The rooms are absolutely amazing and very spacious. Breakfast is à la carte so not much choice - however the suites are lovely - we stayed in the garden view emilie suite. It was very large, has a heated jacuzzi style pool (but it takes a long time to cool down/heat up), the shower and sauna are lovely and the smell in the corridor is divine! It is very centrally located, right near the ferry port and station. The hotels in the area are not great, so if you can, definitely worth splurging on the...
