Great place, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Only downside was it is a bit of a distance from town if walking 25-30 minutes maybe. Not an issue if you have a vehicle and only a minor if not.

Lost in Galway
Very difficult to find, Old style small room, not much room for bags etc. Had to drive into city, find parking to see around, not easy. Good breakfast.
This B&B is a little farther away from the town than we first understood. One owner was friendly and the kitchen staff was friendly however the other owner was hardly friendly. She was only concerned about us paying her and how we were going to pay her. Just so everyone knows ahead of time this B&B accepts credit cards but does so unwillingly due to high bank costs. They really pushed us to pay by cash but we don't carry that much cash while back packing in Europe due to pick pocketing scares. We were unimpressed with the pushing we received. Also other guests were really loud during the night in the guest lounge both nights we stayed which made it difficult to sleep. The room we stayed in was on the ground floor and was suggested to be easy for those with limited mobility but it was so snug in there someone with limited mobility may struggle to get around. The shower head in our room was extremely dirty with black gunk in it. However I will say the property is beautiful and breakfast was good although there isnt much change in the kinds of breakfast food available. Every thing on the menu has eggs and unfortunately I'm allergic to eggs so that made it difficult.
Staff was friendly enough, but felt rushed when we checked in. Room was nice but not cleaned during our stay. Very limited bathroom amenities - only body wash available.
The location is good and very nice to look at, the room we stay is right beside the breakfast bar so we can hear a lots noise in the morning, the room itself is very small and old but staff are very nice and helpful.
We had a very nice stay here. They even offered a main floor suite without us asking when they saw my husband would have difficulty climbing the stairs. It was comfortable, clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very nice and accommodating!
We were welcomed to this hotel by a nice lady. Not in the centre of town but walkable and easy to park at. It took us 25 min to saunter in via a visit to a Cathedral. Breakfast was simple and flexible, bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet. Recommended.
Further from City than advertised, a frosty welcome from the hostess, a damp smelling room, tv not working, bad breakfast, no soap in the shower, and way too expensive. Would not recommend
Upon our arrival the proprietor immediately said we had no reservation. I showed her the printed confirmation and she didn't even look at it but pretended she didn't "know who Orbitz" was.
She was rude and you could tell she had given our room away. She offered to call around and find us a room... which of course happened to be at the hostel around the corner who charged us the same amount the B&B cost to the penny. I'm very sure this was all a scam.
I was kind of relieved because the lobby was a little dirty but the restroom by her desk was absolutely filthy.
I'd not recommend this place to anyone. If you are out of options book with the nearby hostel yourself at hostel rates instead of paying a B&B price for a musty dorm room.
A old B&B. The room was not very clean. I found some hair in my bed. The bathroom was very very old. There were two taps, one for cold and one for hot water. It was not very convenient. The shower was very very old and tiny. The room for three people was very very tiny.
The Corrib Haven Guesthouse was quaint and simple. It was a little farther from the city center than we were expecting but not a bad walk since the weather was fine all weekend. We were traveling as a group of six, staying in two triple rooms and had enough room for all of us. The rooms were clean and the service was nice.
My mother and I were greeted by Tom who was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the location is walkable to the city but a bit long if it is raining. The breakfast was verybwholesome and with a good selection on the menu. My only criticism would be that the towels were quite old and the cups in the room were s bit grubby but otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Worth the money.

ok value for money
staff was not that friendly upon arrival, not enough room to walk around anything in room, bathroom was also very tiny and needed cleaning, in need of updating. very noisy from other guests til 3am. breakfast was ok. did offer a microwave and fridge in living room area for guests to use which was helpful.
The land lady had no personality. She was very suspicious that I was staying on my own and wanted to make sure I knew the room was single-occupancy! She had no conversation and just wanted me to pay straight away.
The hallway was smelly.
The room was dated and grotty. Although the sheets and towels were clean they were all off-white. There was a shower curtain over the bath, rusty and grim, and ground in dirt around the shower unit.
The breakfast was ok and the kitchen staff were amenable.
Stayed for one night here on Saturday with my boyfriend. The room was lovely, clean and cozy. The area was quiet so no trouble getting some sleep at night. Breakfast was delicious and consisted of the usual fry as well as cereals, fruit, yoghurt, orange juice and tea/coffee. We would stay here again.
When we arrived we were told no twin room available although I had requested one. When we talked about going elsewhere suddenly twin room available! The shower tray fills up while ur in the shower and the place smelt of damp.
Very nice stay. Friendly and attentive staff with nice welcome on arrival and beautiful breakfast. Clean and modern bedrooms. Competitively priced. Will definitely come and stay again. Well done
This is a hotel I would never recommend or go to again. I have been to 17 hotels on our current holiday and the room was by far the smallest. The bathroom was so small you had to step in the shower to get out. Talking of the shower, it was a tiny shower-base and that was it.
Moving into the room itself, the sheets on the beds were dirty and so were the coffee cups. There was a musky/cigarette smell throughout the hotel, so bad that we couldn't sleep.
Can't comment on the breakfast as we decided we weren't going to risk it.
Worst hotel/guesthouse we've ever stayed in.
Staying in this Bed and Breakfast was like going back 30 years! A so called tiny dark dreary double room at the front of the house with no blinds on the window only unlined disgusting curtains. As for the bed no cover on the base and bed linen that has seen better days. Needless to say we didn't attempt to have a shower it just looked so horrible. I think you get the picture we couldn't wait to leave!
Very cute B & B. Credit Card machine was down when we checked in, but the owner allowed us to pay the next day. Owner gave us a map with a route to downtown and told us good places to eat. Homemade breakfast was delicious and made to order.
We were attending a weding at Westwood house hotel and this was ideal as it was just three doors down and easily walked to in killer heels!! Comfy and clean.
I stayed as group for a conference in Galway University. We stayed for two nights. The location was perfect, it was only a couple of minutes walk to the university. After arriving late on the first night we were shown to our rooms and given a key so we can come and go as we please. Breakfast was between 8-9:30am and was choice of cereals and fruit , then after that we could order a cooked breakfast as well. The staff were lovely and efficent. The room was cleaned, so after a long day we came back to a clean and fresh room. Checking out was really easy. This hotel did the job perfectly, there was a lovely living room and the rooms were spacious. I would reconmend this hotel for pleasure and bussiness.
This B&B is very close to the National University of Ireland - Galway campus. Convenient, clean, and affordable. The hosts were wonderful - helpful with directions, attentive to our needs, and very flexible when our travel plans changed due to weather. I definitely plan to stay again when back in Galway.
EVERYTHING WAS REALLY NICE AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY

Accueil très sympathique. Petit déjeuner correct. Problèmes d'humidité dans la salle de bain, odeur d'humidité dans le placard qui n'était pas très propre.
