It was perfect for me, my wife and two small kids. VERY roomy place that truly has a view right on the bay, and is in the middle of all the best stretch of Salthill. The location for us was perfect being only about a mile and a half from the downtown area. It was a quiet but also convenient location from the downtown area. The walking path all along the beach provided an option to walk into town easily or catch a taxi. Dmitry What’s the manager, and was incredibly helpful on check-in and during our stay. Far enough from city center to miss the crowds, but plenty nearby, including the promenade. We opted to stay in this apartment over a hotel so we could all be together in the one space. The location is amazing, views from the apartment are beautiful and the balcony to sit and have tea/coffee on a nice day was a great. The space was clean, but very basic and a lot of street noise off the front bedroom. I would recommend it to friends / couples traveling who are just looking for a place to sleep. Don't pay to sit squashed. Double glazing blown and condensation on windows. Loo would not flush the soil away. Very bare and uninviting. Traffic noise. Got upgraded to pent house. No noise but loos same. Extra seating but tired decor. TV control batteries flat, as they all are?Location excellent.
