The parking rate for 1-3 days is $36.70 plus tax ($3.30), a total rate of $40.00. The parking rate for 3 or more days is $45.88 plus tax ($4.12), a total rate of $50.00.

Really enjoyed our stay. The place is right across from the beach. The apartment was clean and had a lot of included household items. TV’s worked fine, shower water pressure was therapeutic, and patio overlooking the pool was nice. Location is right next to the Walmart. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Cannot say enough about how wonderful this condo was!! It was so clean when we arrived and they provided so many basic items to use! We were able to set the temperature to what we wanted which was great! Many condos lock it to a set temperature. Both showers were wonderful and huge!! The condo had a great view of the pool and the ocean! It is on the second floor, the description was confusing on this. We will always stay at The Dawn. The grounds are so well kept and the pools are awesome. The parking for this condo was easy as well!! No complaints at all!!

Dream get away

Beautiful and spacious condo

The condo was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! It was right across from the beach. The pool was nice and not overcrowded! There was plenty of items in kitchen to cook meals if you wanted to. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Great Stay!

This was our second time staying at the Dawn Condominiums, a different unit though. Location is great! It's right across the seawall, a short walk to the beach.. the 2 pools are great and pretty much always maintained. The condo was very clean, but did notice the a/c vents need to be cleaned, as well as a stand alone fan in the master closet. Everything was provided, but depending on the length of your .stay, you will need to buy additional paper towels, toilet paper, etc... My family of 4 was very happy with our trip .We would love to stay Anson!againarmed getaway. c........vent

Couldn’t have asked for a better location! Beach on one side and Walmart on the other. Great restaurants decently close. Wish the pools were heated, they were colder than the ocean! Would stay here again!

If your looking for a great location, well decorated condo on the seawall, then The Dawn is the place to stay. The owner keeps the condo in tiptop shape and was great at communication. i would recommend this condo to any family.

So this is our second time staying in this exact condo and our fourth time staying at the dawn! So needless to say we love it! This specific condo is always very clean and was already very cool when we arrived. The beds are all comfortable, they provide so many amenities, And it feels very homey! The only two issues we had was the washing machine was unbalanced so it was difficult to wash a load of clothes. There was also a slight issue with the icemaker in the refrigerator, as it was very slow, and the water came out very slow. But those are two pretty small issues and overall we love this condo and love the dawn! The grounds on the dawn are always immaculate, and the pools are wonderful! We had an amazing time and I would advise anyone to stay here!

Perfectly Peaceful

This was by far the best place that I have ever stayed! I’m so glad we decided to go with a condo instead of a hotel. The rooms were so quiet and peaceful. The whole condo is gorgeously decorated and includes all the amenities you need. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone!

TV with Netflix and all basic cable channels Very nice deck with partial view of ocean Walmart right across the street Cons: There wasn’t any hand soap provided. During a pandemic this is unacceptable. (I left a bottle for the next guests) The AC drips into the guest bath which is annoying You have to pay $30 for parking Pro tip: make sure to pack your own body wash, detergent, coffee, and hand soap We will stay here again if we come back this way. Overall it was a very nice condo and you can’t beat the location. My kids loved it!
