OCEAN SIDE, BEACH ACCESS. This spacious 5 Bedroom 3 Bath house (sleeps 13) is conveniently located on the ocean side of the resort and it's just a short walk away from the beach crossover. With over 2000 sq. feet of living space, this house features a spacious floor plan, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and easy access to the beach. "Parrot house" has cable TV with high-speed wireless internet throughout. Two well furnished balconies makes this house the perfect place to take the family and relax for a beach getaway. Relax to the sound of the waves from the Gulf of Mexico from either of the two private shaded balconies (one screened porch). There is also additional patio space located under the house which adds tons of shaded space for grilling, games, & just relaxing! The master bedroom upstairs has a king sized bed, large en-suite bathroom with double sinks, modern features, and a shower! The other three bedrooms upstairs are spacious and feature queen beds in each room, and two sets of bunk beds twin over twin and twin over full. The 5th bedroom is located on the main floor and has a king bed. \*Offers a pack n play, safety gate on stairs and a highchair for the littles. Pointe West is a privately owned resort community on the western tip of Galveston Island, located approximately 30 minutes from The Strand & other great Galveston attractions. You will have exclusive access to our beach that is clean & groomed regularly offering you a perfect spot to relax & unwind, away from the crowds. RESORT AMENITIES & FEE: Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase. The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner. The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. \*Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase.
