A country living beach house with plenty of room located on the west end that’s 5 miles from the Seawall. This beautiful house is equipped with 5 bedrooms (with a 2-bed trundle in the downstairs living space), 3 full bathrooms, and sleeps 20 guests. 2 acres of land is available to each renter. There is an access road to drive on the beach, a heated pool to die for, 3 BBQ Pits, a NEW playground in the backyard, and 2 Incredible kitchens to cook your favorite family meals. There is a laundry room located on the second floor, and televisions in each room with cable/WIFI access throughout the house. The house also has an elevator for freight and handicap accessibility. For the safety of our host and guest we have installed security cameras and noise monitoring system “ONLY” in the common areas OUTSIDE the property. So, it was not a warm welcome & to only come back at 4 pm and read the house rules that read that check in was at 3 pm. It was contradicting & already a sour taste to our start of our trip. The internet did not work and we were not able to use the tv's or the internet. The towels were a bit smelly as some of the pillows. It stated it had a heated pool, but it was not heated, it was cold- and no directions on how to work the heat on it. It did have an elevator that worked and was very useful to carry our luggage up to the rooms. There were plenty of rooms and beds to accommodate everyone. I sent a email asking about it and was told it was broken. I had family that couldn't go up and down stairs so they were limited to downstairs. It would be nice to known this before hand. Also the the house needs to be updated. The beds were not that comfortable either. Be prepared to bring your own paper towels, trash bags etc. The pool was refreshing but make sure you have insect repellent. The insect are very bad around the pool. This is the first time that items for basic needs were not provided. We had a conversation about not enough towels, and no trash bags, and you stated that someone would be bringing some. Apparently, this is a line that has been told to other tenants; no one showed up for them or for us, either. We ended up having to buy toilet paper, paper towels, actual towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and cleaning wipes. The washing machine did not drain, apparently the cable bill had not been paid, as there was a notice on the tv to that effect, so we had no wifi or television. Only one shower had hot water. The bunk beds had little support; our teenager felt safer sleeping on the couch. There were positives: It was a very nice property. The pool was nice (although the filter needed to be cleaned, badly, which we did). It was great having 4 refrigerators, and ice makers. We appreciated the big kitchen and played family games at the large dining table. The garage area was perfect for hanging out after the pool. I just feel that expecting people to bring the supplies that we had to purchase was asking too much; who brings those things on vacation? It would have been easy to bring this up to a 4-5 star property, with a little more consideration. Perhaps you've had bad results with other tenants taking those things, I don't know. But all in all, we made the best of it, and enjoyed our stay. ##### Marti M. This house had everything we needed to ensure that we had a great time. Host checked in several times to make sure we didnt need anything. It Is Outdated needs A Facelift. It was Cold For the Weekend, and we Didn’t know how to Heat the Pool . We love the Layout of the Home , especially the Downstairs Apartment perfect for Our Tenagers and Grandchildren. We Will definitely do another Vacation there when it is Summertime. Is well equipped for handicapped with safety bars in all three tubs and raised toilet downstairs. The elevator was great. The while unit was very clean and well maintained. Well equipped kitchen both upstairs and downstairs with a third refrigerator in the large garage. Garage also has extra tables that can be set up for large group eating or games. The pool is an extra perk that we really enjoyed. The six year old loved the slide. There are several beach accesses only a couple of miles away. Loved the long driveway which gave us plenty of room for parking since we come from all over the state and had as many as seven cars at one point. We absolutely loved this house! We brought our church youth group here for 5 days and it was great. We had a group of 16 and it was the perfect size! The home was very well kept and clean. The pool was a blast and the boys loved shooting hoops out on the drive. The yard was huge, a great place to play a game of soccer or football. We loved to sit on the upstairs balcony in the evening and watch the sunset. It was super close to the beach, just a short drive away and had a convenient shower in the pool area to rinse off in when we returned. The owner was very sweet and helpful. She called in a couple times during our stay just to make sure we were enjoying ourselves and that we didn't need anything. My only recommendation would be to stock up the kitchen a little more, there was not an large amount of bigger pots and pans which made a bit of challenge when cooking for that many, but we made do. Will certainly be visiting this sweet place again! ##### Justin V. I told Ms. Rosalind that she needed to update her pictures on VRBO because the property is nicer than the pictures shown. She really worked well with me. My family who trusted us to get the property was pleased and asked us to look into planning to stay at the home again for the next family trip. The pool was truly heated. She didn't talk much about the downstairs garage room--very roomy with lots of tables and chairs. We didn't get to use the ping pong table because it was folded. Extra refrigerators that seemed ideal for storing fish if you go fishing--wont interfere with regular refrigerators. Only wish she had a vent in the upstairs kitchen--i was a little afraid of smelling the house. I would certainly stay again. Lots of extras. ##### Alfreda L. With 3 full baths, 3 refrigerators and 2 kitchens. Plenty of rooms to accommodate us. Other family members were having tents outside for the night because of the huge ground. Elevator was a plus for the oldies with arthritic pain. It was hot during the weekend, so the younger ones played ping pong the garage. We were supposed to play badminton and volleyball in the ground or yard, but it was too hot. This house rental is the only one I found which allows events. We had karaoke night and then dancing. We had so much fun knowing we were just staying there. The occasion was ‘Till morning the night’. Thank you Ms Rosalind Brooks for allowing us to check in few min ahead of time. My family (along with my sister's family) go on family vacation every year and we came across this property. The owner, Rosalind was very responsive not only with the initial booking but throughout the stay. The house was very clean. 2 stories that both had kitchens. An elevator, which was awesome, as we had a couple of people who couldn't climb stairs. The pool was very nice, clean and big enough for all of us to enjoy. The house is away from the beach which, for us, was not a problem. A lot of land very well trimmed and nice to sit on the porch with a good breeze. Every room had a TV. Even the big garage with tables to play games. In the back there was a huge BBQ pit which was great for our cookout. We had a lot of adults and never felt crowded. Only mention would be that the sixth room is more of a den in the bottom floor with a futon and pull out bed. That was fine but might not be if you are expecting the privacy of a door. All the other rooms had plenty of sleeping spaces though. I would certainly recommend this as a go-to place for vacation. Very Nice! ##### Kym K.
