We enjoyed our stay at the Mutiny House in Galveston. The house is very close to the beach (about a 3 minute walk, tops). Our hosts provided additional camp chairs, a wagon, and a canopy we were able to borrow during our stay. The house itself is very pretty inside and out. The deck is huge. Plenty of room for our family of 5 plus in-laws and a pup. The nice thing about Pirates Beach is the surreal privacy we have at the beach. Yes, there are a few others there, but not nearly has crowded as other parts of Galveston. We had a couple of issues that were immediately addressed. You can tell the hosts want you to have a worry-free vacation.

Our family of 7 stayed for the weekend and absolutely loved the property. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions leading up to our stay and checked in on us throughout, which I thought was nice. The house has 4 very spacious rooms with one having bunk beds which was awesome for kids. Very spacious living room and open concept kitchen with a bar area ready to be stocked. The house had several games (Sorry, 4-square, puzzle, etc.) The upstairs rooms gave us a nice view of the water and the walk to the beach was pleasant. When we were at home, we spent a ton of time on the deck area. Overall very nice property and would stay again. Highly recommend bug spray, the mosquitoes are out!
