"It was conveniently located next to the Ginza line. The Ginza line was Legit right outside the entrance. My only complaint is that the 14 floor rooms smells like diesel. The first room we had smelled so strong I had to put on the purifier 24/7 on high. We asked for a room changed. Once we got the room changed, it had a hint of diesel smell. I still had the purifier on 24/7. The king sized room was small small small. I suggest getting the twin beds just to have a little more room. "

"5 stars for the location of the hotel. Ginza station is at 9 min walk, Kiobayashi station is at 6 min and Tokyo station at 10 min walk. A 7 11 is a few steps away and the luxury brands and Loft and Uniqlo stores are at 8 min walking. A lot of restaurants nearby, including a Sumo show. Installations and amenities is a 3 to 4 stars, the room is tiny for double room standard so I will suggest to go to a bigger room option for this hotel. The area is quiet and super safe!"

"We had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. One of the standout positives was the cleanliness: the rooms and common areas were very well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and reassuring. However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel only has two washing machines available for all guests, which made it quite inconvenient, especially during busy times when they were often in use. Additionally, the breakfast selection was fairly limited. While the food quality was decent, there weren’t many options to choose from, which could get repetitive for longer stays. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable place to stay."

"This was our favourite hotel we stayed at during our Japan trip. It is close to all stations needed to get around, and close central to Ginza. The rooms are spacious, cute and kept clean, and they include a ReFa hairdryer which I personally loved. The air-con works great which was appreciated during the mugginess of spring. We enjoyed this stay so much we cancelled our last Tokyo hotel and rebooked here. One comment we’ll share is that the 5th floor has a lingering smoked-in smell, but it’s not bothersome. Thanks for having us twice!"
