"Room was very clean. Fresh towels daily. No patio lock. Security staff super helpful and attentive. We were always able to get lounge chairs and umbrella at beach. Beach gets very busy by end of the day. Pool is small, was often very busy with children in floats and splashing not much room for others. "

"The whole hotel was top notch except EXCEPT the musty smell in our room. And the sewer smell in our room..we figured it out. Wasn't from the bathroom..nor outside. It was the AC vents. Very gross. So we left the balcony door open partways day and night and survived. I give it a 3.instead of a 1 because the whole resort is beautiful. Food is amazing. It's right on the beach. And the room.itself looks great and beds very comfortable but that smell!!!!!"

"We loved our second stay at BV Grand. The staff is great and Sunset restaurant is our favourite for the food and also the majestic sunset view. Rooms were very clean and the service was efficient everyday. We missed having a bit more protein options at the Buffet restaurant. Jorge our pool server is the best and always makes our stay so pleasant . We loved the Mexican night . It was the highlight of our stay . The Tradicional Mexican shows were the best. Point to improve: the bike service. Bikes need some maintenance or replacement. "

"I loved everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, the staff was so hepful and accommodating, the room was perfect. There was only one things that prevented me from being able to give 5 stars and that was the bed. As a first time traveler to Mexico/PV I wasn't aware that beds in hotels (especially older ones, from what I've researched now) that the "bedframe" is concrete to prevent moisture and insect issues. It felt like i was sleeping on concrete, the mattress wasn't thick enough to help. Unfortunately, this is a huge part of an amazing hotel experience for me because I didn't get sleep. I wish I could say I'll definitely be returning but unless they change the bed situation, I can't say that."

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The beach was absolutely beautiful and one of our favorite parts of the trip. The staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more special. The food at the restaurants was delicious, with great variety and quality. We truly enjoyed every meal. We spent a few days that were both fun and very relaxing—exactly what we needed. A big thank you to the entire team for their hard work and excellent service. We would definitely love to come back!"

"The staff was amazing, the resort was always super clean, and I relaxed the whole time. The worst part of this resort was that the family pool had a swim up bar full of drunk adults, meanwhile the "adult only" pool looked a lot more Family friendly. The food was disappointing, aside from there diner by reservation at the Japanese themed restaurant. "
