"I go here almost every year. It’s beautiful and authentic. The food and drinks are great! Service is impeccable. The view is beautiful! Close to soooo many shops, bars, and restaurants if you want to travel off resort. It’s wonderful!"

"This was our first time at an all-inclusive property, had a good experience overall. We were with our 1.5 year old daughter and she had a great time. Check-in: 6/10 - room was ready asap, but there were some system glitches, and I wasn't able to make the account you use to make reservations, order room service, etc. Staff were understanding, but weren't really able to do anything until the next day. The room specifications I had confirmed through email also weren't available. Room: 8/10 - Clean, good AC, great view. Daily cleaning was efficient and pretty thorough. Activities: 7/10 - Activities were fun, but sometimes not well organized. My wife went to a couple scheduled fitness classes that just never happened, and staff didn't seem to know about them. Kayaking was fun and well organized. The kids corner was a hit with our daughter. Food: 9/10 - the buffet was always above average, the Sushi restaurant was pretty meh, the Italian was excellent. If we were to go again, we'd probably eat at the Italian place every night. Room service breakfast was also excellent. Always warm, on time, and as ordered. We got this everyday. -- The elevators got pretty busy during peak hours. Take the stairs unless you're way up high. If staying again, I'd request a room on the 2nd/3rd floor. Easy trip by stairs to the ground floor pools/beach, and restaurants/lobby. There seemed to be lots of day-pass guests using the hotel during the day. Pools were great, beach was clean and calm."

"We loved the location of the hotel. Located on Mismaloya Beach, a beautiful cove next to a little town, with delicious restaurants and a pier. The hotel staff were very attentive and super nice. The pool area was great, divided into different areas for adults and children. Great activities for all ages. Adelina helped us book a few amazing tours and a dinner and show. She’s very polite and professional and had everything taken care of before we arrived. She also helped us with transportation to and from the hotel. The food was better than expected for an all inclusive hotel. Their specialty restaurants are also very good, but require reservations. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely return with the whole family."
