"The Spa was a beautiful experience with an amazing view. I loved all the restaurants, the coffee shop and the sport’s bar. The Vivaz restaurant was amazing, the manager was so attentive that she brought my mom and I birthday cakes for both when she found out we were celebrating our birthdays! She was amazing Furniture is worn out and the cleaning crew need to disinfect the room telephone which had a very bad smell as well as the toilet room I got sick from one day to another I had food poisoning or something like that but I was very pleased with the room service and the food and beverage manager that kept checking on me and the meals they provided were just what I needed after the bad experience I would go back and stay at this resort! Views are amazing, people working there do a great job and the shows that they have nightly were amazing! The team trying to sell vacation packages is a waste of time and they take to much time and are very persistent that is hard to get out of there! I would recommend this resort regardless the few bad incidents. Once again I will love to go back ❤️"

"Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and they even gave us a free upgrade to an ocean view room. The only challenge was the inconsistent rules that the attached Beach Club (Si Senor) kept changing from day to day. We were initially told that we would have free access to beach chairs as hotel guests and that was true for the first two days. After that we were told a different requirement everyday by the Beach Club waiters ranging from no access to required food/drink purchase to minimum speed of $50USD per person. We didn’t mind buying menu items, but it contradicted the free access that was noted in the reservation and by the hotel staff. Otherwise I’d recommend this hotel for adult travellers who want a great central location and affordable accommodations that are clean and comfortable."

"The resort was updated; the restaurants were great; the activities staff, Denise and Maria, were great; very enthusiastic and friendly; the shows were entertaining. There was only one bar where many people gathered after the shows; not enough seating. My only complaint is on the day we left the resort, we hired a private driver to take us to the airport. Upon exiting the resort gate, but while still on the property, our driver was stopped by a taxi driver. He asked our driver for the 'permit,' and then said it wasn't valid because it didn't have a stamp. He wanted our driver to pay him money; apparently this is common practice as the taxi drivers lose money when outside companies are used and they expect the private companies to pay them the money lost. The taxi driver told our driver, he would be followed and then summoned another driver that was nearby to follow us. We were followed for an extended time. At one point, our driver pulled to the side of the road to talk to the person that was following us, offered him money, which he refused, as it wasn't the amount he wanted. We continued to be followed until our driver took a different route to lose the taxi driver. We felt very unsafe during this ordeal. This is something the hotel staff must be aware of and my question is, why do they allow it? Why don't they have security outside to prevent this from happening. As a result, I will not be returning to this resort."

"Petite chambre, de base, très petite salle de bain désuète. Devrait être rafraîchie. J'ai beaucoup aimé la cour intérieure mais la piscine doit être nettoyée. C'est sûr que je ne m'attendais pas à du luxe, le prix est vraiment bas. Malheureusement, nois avons eu deux coquerelle, 2 nuits différentes. On a vécu la vue locale ! Lol Nous avons aimé quw ça soit au coeur des activités, des bars et près de la plage."
