"7 of us stayed here for the last week of summer and we had an amazing time. The house was the perfect location, with comfortable beds and stunning views from the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen facilities were perfect for what we needed- recommend bringing a food shop with you as the closest supermarket is a while away but the local co-op was perfect for bits and bobs we’d forgotten. "Overall, this is a great place: rooms are spacious, the location is quiet and scenic (literally a few hundred meters from the Caledonian Canal) with easy access to Fort William (roughly 20 min drive). The walk along the canal path is lovely. The only complaint is that during our stay the large (larder) fridge was not working, which made storing perishable food for our party of seven challenging. Hopefully this will be remedied soon. Otherwise, a great place to stage exploration of Lochaber."

"A well equipped, large 2 bedroom apartment. Ample parking. Easy to find. Central Fort William is not on the doorstep, but still walkable. Good internet. Only one downside, and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is the beds. I don't know how old the mattresses are, but they are kind of lumpy and I left a body shaped dent in mine when I got up (and I'm not a large person) - they need replacing.
