"Bedding and towels were stained, hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor, hair dryer/outlet did not work, breakfast was pretty much cleared out by 830, syrup all over the breakfast room floor, hallways smell like weed, room was humid and smelled like cigarettes…and so much more. Overall worst hotel I’ve probably ever had! "

"This hotel was excellent! Very clean, great staff, nice breakfast area with lots of cute places to sit and feel a little more separate than a bunch of square tables bunched together in a room like many hotels. Great location (Tim Horton's and Walmart very close by, as well as many other stores and restaurants). Very easy access back onto I96 as well. Highly recommend! "

"The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly, but there is minimal insulation so the rooms are very noisy! Our room in particular was a first floor room and didn’t have window shades or blinds, just a see through curtain. That was my biggest complaint!"

"Customer service is great , always welcoming . Breakfast is a nice perk - coffee is very good , kept very clean . Rooms are somewhat dated , beds seem newer and comfortable . Would recommend for sure and we have for friends ! 😀"

"Some of the younger bar staff lacked service and hospitality. No greeting, didn't take drink orders or hand out a food menu. I was impressed with the aesthetic of the property. This property is a diamond in downtown Flint."

"We showed up to the property to find out they had no reservation even though we made it over a month prior. So we had to stand around and wait for an hour so they could try to fix their mistake. Then the following night I went to go get food for me and my wife and showed back up to our room key not working. They tried to fix it and then tried to tell us they would fix it in the morning. That was at 9:30pm. We told the staff we needed our belongings because my wife is over 7 months pregnant and needed medication that was locked in there so they called maintenance and he said the same thing to wait until morning I said that is unacceptable so he decided he would drill the lock to our room. The manager then told him to wait until she got there and did not show up until midnight and acted like she was saving the day 3 hours after we were locked out of our room. Never will we stay there again. If you do decide to stay there bring all of your belongings everytime you leave the room even if it’s just to go across the street because if you get locked out they’ll try to get into it tomorrow not at the time of the problem."
