Fantastic hotel. The rooms were modern and clean and spacious. Breakfast was slightly limited but still really good.

Great hotel, which is perfectly located for trains, buses, restaurants and huge shopping mall (Lazona). Used the laundry facility which we very useful. The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous and made my stay pleasant in every way. I would definitely recommend.

This is our second stay here and it was flawless as usual and the spa was fantastic.

Efficient and customer focused. They offer airport transfer all day log almost. How do they not have 5 stars... I would have stayed there during my holiday had it to been so far

Great hotel for families.

Loved how close to cruise port it was. Staff were super friendly and so helpful and knowledgeable.

We were staying in Tokyo for 8 nights, this was a family trip. Great location at Daiba, monorail station between the Tokyo Daiba and Hilton hotels, area around the hotels provides nice walks along the waterfront and plenty of retail therapy if you need it. Hotel facilities were good,we included breakfast as we had our 2 teenage boys, breakfast was well worth it. Only bugbear was gym and pool facilities had to be paid separately and were approx £10 a visit, my son and I used this once, the...

Our room was large by Japanese standards, hotel breakfast was very good and fantastic location. We loved our stay here

I don't want to leave a positive review because I want to keep this hotel a secret! This was my third stay, and I still can't find any faults with this place. The room is always immaculately clean and well soundproofed. The only downside is that the area is not particularly nice, with some red-light district areas on the street. Just avoid walking at ground level. As long as you use the first-floor walkway from the station/shopping complex you won't see them much.

What a hotel! We stayed here for our final 3 nights in Tokyo, we were going to do 1 but decided to stay the 3 because we wanted to feel settled. They let us check in at 11:30am at no extra cost because it was quiet, our room was spacious and really modern and the shopping area and restaurant area had lots to choose from. Getting into Tokyo was so easy and it was so handy when leaving to be able to grab a trolley and go straight to departures! Highly recommend this hotel

We had an amazing 7-night stay in this hotel. The location is great right near the train with a view of the tracks but miraculously absolutely silent in our room due to sound proofing. I loved the hotel and would definitely stay here again on my next trip. I was a little disappointed that there was no alternative milk offered at breakfast as I have a milk allergy, and the staff at breakfast weren’t very helpful in resolving this. In the end I wrote to the manager and she was so kind and...

Excellent hotel with amazing facilities and with convenient access to Disney with shuttle bus

Great hotel in a good location. I stay here every time I come to Yokohama.

4'th hotel on this trip and by far the best. Room much larger than all the others and also a stunning view from the window.

Amazing hotel in great location. Room was clean, and had everything we needed.

Stayed in the Celestin for two nights while in Tokyo, overall great stay. The hotel is nice and modern with quiet rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet.
