"Our room had a humid smell. When I notified the staff, they immediately went up and added air-freshener that kinda helped. The huge window only opened from a tiny corner. Location was great. "

"Due to flight cancellations and airline mixups, I was stranded in the Mexico city airport overnight and this hotel was a lifesaver, especially as I was travelling with two young kids. Facilities are clean Staff is friendly and it’s great to have a hotel in the airport that I can walk to have a clean bed to sleep in and have a good meal at one of the great restaurants. "
"Very nice place, excellent customer service everyone was very helpful and respectful, rooms were clean and also restrooms. Breakfast was good , your able to socialize with everyone else that stays there "
"This hotel is surprisingly pleasant: big and spacious, clean, well-maintained, and well located close to public transport, including the metro, buses, and central station. Prices are fixed and definitely worth it. The only downside is that it's located on a big avenue and the noise can be a bit bad at night. I imagine that if you get a room facing back or on a high floor, it should be perfect. "
"My experience was unique all the staff was asome. The property was clean all thw time. Rooms very clean.
I didn't like the pillows, they are old and not confortable. Also all.thw towels are old also and the towls are fraying."
