  • Rochinha’s house is sea view, situated in the ancient and noble part of the city of Funchal. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen and two living-rooms. There’s also a lovely garden with a hammock where you can relax. It’s the ideal place to spend some nice holidays with friends or family.
    It has a perfect location, far from the busy and noisy touristic parts of the city, but just 200 meters away from the old town, cable car station, beach, market, Orchids Garden, and the city centre. There are also several restaurants, supermarkets and night clubs nearby.
    You have easy access to buses that can take you to the Botanic Garden or other destinations around the island. The house is perfect for enjoying time indoors and outdoors. Inside, you’ll find a modern and elegant decoration, while, outside, the garden is the perfect place to have a pleasant outdoors meal, enjoying the view of the sea, the city and its Fort.
    It’s the ideal house for sun, quietness and nature lovers. With its splendid sea view, you are likely to love your holidays here.
