Levada dos Piornais, a Home in Madeira

Levada dos Piornais is an apartment with an excellent sea view and is ideal for two people.

The apartment is 69 m2 and comprises one bedroom, a living room with dining table, kitchen, bathroom, a balcony with ocean view and a private parking.

It is equipped with refrigerator, washer, hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children’s channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxed stay.



LOCATION

The apartment is in a residential area near the main touristic area of Funchal.

The most known hiking track in Funchal “Levada dos Piornais” is starting near the building entrance.

Within walking distance there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and attraction centres. It is 1,2 km from Forum Madeira Shopping Centre and Centromar Shopping Centre. It is also 1,2 km from Doca do Cavacas natural swimming pools and Praia Formosa beach, and 2 km from Lido Swimming Complex.

The apartment has pedestrian access to Lido area and Praia Formosa beach, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.



REMARKS

Car park is suitable for smaller cars. Large cars have accessibility constraints.

There is a street passing near the building where there is potential noise from traffic, mainly during the day and if windows are open.

Cleaning is done before guests check in and then there is a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes the change of bed linen and towels.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
