Could do with a kettle in rooms. It is a bit dated but it is an old hotel so felt more traditional Japan. I did have a good view of Mount Fuji so that was the best part. Limited with no public transport nearby so be ready to walk or call a cab. A bit over priced as it missing quite a lot compared to other hotels that are cheaper. He was very apologetic about the minor leaks from the roof because of the heavy rains. It is like visiting your dear grand-aunt's house, very cosy, quaint, tidy, warm, clean.
