The prooerty is perfectly located on Lake Kawaguchiko so it seems far from the bustle of the main train station while still being just a 10 minute walk away. Every staff member was exceptional. The onsen very tranquil and quite a destination in itself. I will stay here again absolutely.

Lake view room offers very nice view. Breakfast buffet room has stunning view of Mount Fuji. And three are a wide selection of food. Our family really enjoyed the breakfast time. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel property and staff were nothing short of amazing. Location is relatively close to the main terminal and central to many activities and points if interests. Clean, quiet, and well maintained property. Breakfast was great, tons of options, fresh, cooked well, and taste really good. Highly recommended for any travellers visiting the area looking to wind down after a full day of exploration, taking advantage of the public Onsen to soothes those sore muscles and aching joints.

I only booked one night and wished I had booked at least one more night. The resort was a welcome respite after the fast-pace of Tokyo. The staff was welcoming and attentive, ready to assist in any way. The hotel runs a shuttle from the station to the hotel and back again which was convenient and helpful, but the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to a bus station and a bike rental is right across the street. They offer a generous buffet for both breakfast and dinner offering plenty of options. I loved everything about this resort and highly recommend!
