An OK hotel

Overall the stay was average. We booked for a week in an apartment over Christmas. We had a big tree covering the entire balcony (which was very tiny), so we had no views at all. We requested for a change since the day we checked in and the reception service was so poor I had to visit them almost 2 times a day before they finally find a room for us. After 4 days of our 7 days trip we were changed to a very small room. Reception service was very poor, staffs were not helpful at all. On the flip side all the other staff, restaurant, bar, kids club were all great. Entertainment was good so as the kids club and the pool. If you want to use the Jacuzzi, Sauna or massage book well in advance otherwise you won't get any slot as they are very small. I can understand why this hotel has got 3 stars in the review and I wouldn't give anything more than that. Location wise its brilliant as most of the facilities are walkable.
