Ayre by SolymarCalma HRE is a magnificent Duplex, in the tourist resort of Costa Calma, equipped with all kinds of facilities to make you feel at home.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with chaise longue, TV and free WIFI. The bathroom downstairs is the main bathroom with bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, microwave, oven, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is a work area on the ground floor for those who need to work from paradise.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The master bedroom (double bed) has a toilet and a work area.

Leading off the master bedroom we have a large terrace from where you can see our magnificent Atlantic Ocean in the distance.

Whether for business or pleasure, Ayre will be the ideal place for your stay in Fuerteventura.

We booked an apartment for four in Costa Calma and it was great. Although we needed several changes before we arrived, everything was perfectly organised by Javier. He was very friendly and even gave us tips for shopping groceries and going out. The apartment was very spacious, very clean and and beautiful. We even had a laundry machine and a dishwasher.

We spent three weeks here in November and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was one of the best equipped of all the places where we have stayed in Spain, Greece, the UK and the USA, except for a pair of scissors. When we pointed this out, a pair was delivered the following day. It was useful having the second bedroom as a place to leave our cases and we particularly liked the desk in the second bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and it was good to have the terrace off the bedroom. We certainly intend to return.

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos. El apartamento es magnífico, amplio, las habitaciones cómodas y espaciosas. Tiene 2 terrazas, una grande con mesa y sillas dónde poder disfrutar y otra más pequeña pero igualmente acogedora junto a la habitación principal. La cocina es grande y bien equipada. El baño es amplio. El salón muy amplio también. La zona es muy tranquila. La playa se encuentra cerca pero es más cómodo ir en coche. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir . Nuestros anfitriones han sido muy amables, dispuestos a ayudar y facilitar cualquier información que pudiésemos necesitar. Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra estancia unas mini vacaciones maravillosas. Volveremos!!

La casa esta en perfecto estado, incluso mejor que en las fotos, hay un gran patio al entrada donde relajarse y poder cenar en la mesa de madera que tienen. La casa es muy acogedora y confortable ( bien equipada, hasta hay secadora y lavavajillas en la cocina). La terraza de arriba es el punto fuerte de la casa, hay dos tumbona para utilizar y mirar así las estrellas. La ubicación esta en un barrio tranquilo pero se necesita un coche para poderse desplazar, pero es muy fácil encontrar aparcamiento en frente de la casa. Muchas gracias, lo hemos pasado genial.

This home suited us perfectly. We came to kitesurf, and the home is well located for this purpose. Many good eateries nearby and otherwise close to good bakery, shops and beaches, hiking spots in a nice neighborhood.we will be back!

House with one bedroom for adults and one for children (also fits 2 adults) in an mainly non-touristy neighboorhood. Kitchen and bathroom interior were a little older but everything was clean. We loved the big balcony and just missed a table and a sunbed there as there are just two chairs. Javier was a great host and always there for us when we had questions. Thanks for the nice stay! :-)

Duplex muy completo que te hace sentir con en casa. Las vistas desde la terraza del dormitorio al mar muy bonitas. Bonito lugar para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas.
